All personal data received will be used by Court Bergamini Relais in full compliance with Legislative Decree 196, June 30, 2003 (New Privacy Code). Data collection is carried out according to the ways and means indicated in the aforementioned law for marketing and promotional purposes. The data collected will not be disclosed to any third parties. Under Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Personal Rights), at any time you can have access to your data and request changes or cancellation or oppose their use by writing the address above. Authorize Court Bergamini Relais keep in its database and to send information, advertising or promotional material that pertain to their activities and products, in accordance with Decree. 196/03.
General terms of reservation
Availability
The request for availability is not binding neither for the Guest nor for the Corte Bergamini.
In case of availability Corte Bergamini will send an email to the Guest, summarizing the conditions for the stay required (dates, prices and terms of payment) to be confirmed by the Guest within 48 hours. Failure to confirm the reservation within the deadline specified will result in the cancellation of the request
Down payment
The reservation will be completed with the payment of the deposit (by bank transfer or credit card charge, communicated by email) to the extent and within the time indicated by Corte Bergamini or by sending credit card details (owner, number and expiry date) to guarantee the reservation.
Payment
The balance of the reservation will be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
In case of communication of the credit card details as guarantee, no amount will be withdrawn in advance and the price will be paid on arrival, except in the event that it is necessary to apply penalties for late cancellation, for no-show or for compensation of any damage caused to the structure during the stay.
Corte Bergamini reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card details communicated by the Guest before the arrival, requesting the relevant authorization in order to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation
Cancellations may be subject to penalties in a variable amount depending on length of stay and the number of rooms booked, communicated by Corte Bergamini upon confirmation of availability.
Legal Disputes
The reservation is governed by Italian law. Any dispute between the Guest and Corte Bergamini relating to the interpretation, execution and / or termination of the booking contract will be referred exclusively to the Court of Verona.
